Running payroll in the UAE means getting the Wage Protection System file right, on time, every month, and keeping leave, overtime and end-of-service accruals in line with the labour law. STW takes that work off your finance team.
You send us the monthly changes. We calculate, produce payslips, prepare the WPS file for your bank and keep the records ready for audit.

Frequently asked questions
Do you pay salaries from your account or ours?
For payroll outsourcing, salaries are paid from your company bank account through WPS. If you prefer STW to be the paying employer, see Staff Outsourcing or Employer of Record.
Which payroll software do you use?
We work with the SIF format required by all UAE banks and can export journals for common accounting systems. Ask us if you have a specific system in place.
How do you keep salary data confidential?
Access is limited to the named payroll officers on your account, data is exchanged through secure channels and we sign a confidentiality agreement as part of the service contract.
