International businesses that want people on the ground in the UAE before, or instead of, registering a local entity can hire through STW as Employer of Record. We issue the visa, sign the MOHRE contract and run payroll and benefits. Your company directs the work and pays one monthly invoice.
For companies that already have a UAE entity but want to hand over HR, payroll and compliance, our PEO arrangement provides the same support with your licence as sponsor.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between EOR and PEO?
With EOR, STW is the legal employer and visa sponsor because you have no UAE entity. With PEO, your entity sponsors the employees and STW runs HR, payroll and compliance for you.
Can EOR employees work from our client's site?
Yes, provided the work location is declared correctly. We advise on the right permit type for each arrangement.
Which emirates do you cover?
All seven emirates, mainland. Free-zone specific arrangements can be discussed case by case.
