Our story
From telecom sites to complete workforce solutions
STW was established in Dubai in 2007 to deliver passive and active infrastructure for mobile operators: in-building coverage, outdoor telecom installation, CCTV and access control, and structured cabling. Our crews have worked inside the Presidential Palace and ADNOC Headquarters in Abu Dhabi, at Dubai and Abu Dhabi international airports, in refineries, hospitals and five-star hotels.
Running those projects meant recruiting, sponsoring, housing, paying and managing a large technical workforce to strict client standards. Clients began asking us to do the same for them. Today that is our core business: staff outsourcing, manpower supply, payroll, recruitment, Employer of Record and PRO services, alongside the technical work we still deliver.
